This Privacy Policy explains how AICOFI PTE. LTD. ("AICOFI", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal data when you use Cosmicly, including our website, app experiences, account features, astrology readings, courses, chat features, and related services.

Cosmicly provides astrology, spiritual wellness, self-reflection, and entertainment content. Our services are not intended to provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed professional advice.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Depending on how you use Cosmicly, we may collect:

  • Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, profile name, password credentials handled by our authentication provider, and account status.
  • Birth and profile details: birth date, birth time, birth place, zodiac sign, preferences, language, theme, and other details you choose to provide for personalized readings.
  • Content and interactions: prompts, chat messages, reading selections, course progress, ritual state, saved preferences, and feedback you submit.
  • Payment-related information: purchase selections, transaction status, subscription state, and billing metadata. Payment card details, when payments are enabled, are processed by our payment provider and are not stored directly by Cosmicly.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, timestamps, referring pages, error logs, and approximate location inferred from network data.
  • Support communications: emails, requests, and other information you provide when contacting us.

3. How we collect personal data

  • Directly from you when you create an account or use features.
